Why Buy a Range Rover Evoque This Fall?

The Range Rover Evoque is one of Canada's favourite compact luxury SUVs. It's also a great choice to drive in the fall and winter thanks to many innovative features.

Advanced all-wheel drive on the Range Rover Evoque is ready for all seasons

You deserve a vehicle that thinks while it grips the road. The Evoque's all-wheel drive system intelligently distributes torque between the front and rear so all four tires can fully utilize available traction. When you drive over slippery surfaces such as snow, torque balances between the front and rear wheels so the Evoque has the best grip.

In extreme situations, when either front or rear axles lose all traction, the Evoque can send up to 100% of engine torque to the axle that requires it the most. The AWD system also works with Electronic Traction Control. ETC operates the brake on the wheel(s) that lose traction until that wheel regains it.

When your late-season driving takes you off the beaten path, Terrain Response 2 monitors current driving conditions and chooses the best terrain setting. Clearsight Ground View uses a camera on the front underside of the vehicle so you have a clear view of what's under the vehicle. Rocks and other obstructions are viewable on your touchscreen so you can make a plan to navigate around them.

The Range Rover Evoque has smart handling

Understeer on slippery roads is very dangerous and is created by approaching a curve too fast. The Evoque adds Torque Vectoring by Braking, which reduces near-limit understeer by controlling the braking of the inside wheels.

Besides making roads more slippery, fall and winter precipitation can make roads more bumpy and obscure hazards such as potholes. The Evoque's available Adaptive Dynamics system analyzes several key components and optimizes suspension settings that balance comfort and agility.

The Range Rover Evoque keeps you informed

The Evoque features instruments and other displays that make finding information clearer, faster, and easier during short days and long nights during the fall and winter. The available 12.3" HD Interactive Driver Display receives and projects pin-sharp graphics and customizable information.

The available Head-Up Display reduces distractions and keeps your eyes on the road. You can view speed, navigation, and other important information in full colour.

Range Rover Long Wheelbase Seven-Seat: Why Montreal's Executive Families Are Paying Attention

Most seven-seat luxury SUVs ask you to accept a trade-off. The third row gets the space, but it comes at the cost of rear-seat refinement, cargo volume, or the kind of ride quality that makes a long vehicle feel composed rather than cumbersome. The Range Rover Long Wheelbase (LWB) with seven seats was engineered to reject that compromise. It adds 200 mm to the wheelbase over the Standard... Read more
