Three features that help you go off-road in the 2022 Range Rover Evoque

The 2022 Range Rover Evoque is equipped with everything you need to go off-road, including a number of technologies designed specifically to increase traction and capabilities.

The Terrain Response system

Like all Land Rover vehicles, the 2022 Range Rover Evoque is equipped with the Terrain Response system in order to benefit from the best off-road capacities in its category. This system uses multiple sensors to determine the speed of each wheel and the angle of the steering wheel to determine where to send its engine power in every situation. The Terrain Response system features many drive modes that change a multitude of parameters to better suit the driving characteristics to the type of surface the Evoque is driving on, including asphalt, sand and snow. The Auto mode determines the best parameters to use without requiring an intervention by the driver.

The Clear Sight Ground View

The 2022 Range Rover Evoque is equipped with a camera system that provides the driver a panoramic view of everything in in front of the vehicle by virtually making the hood and the engine transparent. The infotainment system is capable of piecing together all of the images into one display which shows the outline of the Evoque as well as the position of the two font wheels. This makes it very easy to position the Evoque on a narrow trail and to guide the wheels around rocks and other debris.

The all-wheel drive system

The 2022 Range Rover Evoque is equipped as standard with an all-wheel drive system that benefits from Land Rover’s extensive experience in terms of off-road driving. This is why the Evoque is the most capable premium compact SUV when it comes to difficult driving conditions. The system used in the Evoque always sends power to both the front and the rear axle, which maximises its effectiveness while eliminating any delay needed before it takes action.
