The Safety Technologies of the 2023 Range Rover

The all-new 2023 Range Rover is equipped with all the latest technologies in terms of comfort, mechanics, but also safety. Here's what makes the 2023 Range Rover one of the safest vehicles on the market.

All-Wheel Drive with Terrain Response

The 2023 Range Rover continues the tradition of offering one of the most advanced and capable all-wheel drive and off-road systems of any vehicle on the market. All-wheel drive and Terrain Response are standard on all versions of the new Range Rover. This system allows the driver to adapt the differentials, transmission, air suspension and throttle response to ground conditions by choosing from several modes, such as mud, snow or asphalt. An automatic mode is also present, allowing you to concentrate on driving while the vehicle determines which settings are most appropriate. This system is beneficial to safety as it helps give the vehicle great stability on slippery or loose pavement and it allows you to go places most other vehicles can’t reach.

Lane Keeping Assist

The 2023 Range Rover is equipped with Lane Keeping Assist, which takes care to keep the vehicle between the lines on the road by gently applying steering input to bring the Range Rover back into the center of the lane after a deviation. This system adds to safety by preventing an accident caused by a momentary lapse in concentration that can have serious consequences.

Forward Collision Alert

The 2023 Range Rover is equipped with Forward Collision Alert, which warns the driver when an obstacle, car, cyclist or even a pedestrian is in front of the vehicle and a collision is imminent. This system gives the driver time to act before it's too late, but if he or she doesn't, the Range Rover can autonomously apply the brakes to avoid a collision, ensuring the safety of everyone on board and outside.
