The New 2025 Land Rover Defender Octa: More Exclusive and More Capable

While the Land Rover Defender is already one of the most capable and distinctive premium SUVs on the market, the renowned automaker goes even further this year with the introduction of a new model: The 2025 Land Rover Defender Octa. Here is a closer look at what this new model is and what it includes.

An even more rugged Defender

The new 2025 Land Rover Defender Octa adds to the regular Defender 110 with a raised suspension, unique wheels with all-terrain tires, and widened wheel arches. Other additional features include re-styled front and rear bumpers that provide better approach and departure angles. This combines with a new 4,4 L mild-hybrid turbocharged V8 engine to transform the Defender Octa into an even more rugged off-roader that is also one of the most dynamic models in its segment. This same personality can also be felt inside, where the Defender Octa offers Performance front seats upholstered in a choice of semi-aniline leather and Kvadrat textile or durable Ultrafabrics.

The most powerful Defender Ever

The new 2025 Land Rover Defender Octa becomes the most powerful Defender model ever produced thanks to its 4,4 L twin-turbocharged mild-hybrid V8 engine. This Impressive powertrain generates 635PS and 750 Nm of torque, making the Defender Octa capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4 seconds, rivalling some of the most exclusive sports cars on the market. This performance is backed up by an eight-speed automatic transmission and a new Octa drive mode, focused on off-road performance. In addition, chassis revisions and a 6D dynamic adaptive suspension system make the Defender Octa able to control its additional power versus the normal versions.

A more exclusive model

The 2025 Land Rover Defender Octa is even more exclusive and unique than the already fairly distinctive Defender 110. Thanks to its modified exterior appearance that sets it apart from other Defender models, the Octa is easily recognisable at first sight. With exclusive wheel designs and paint colours, the Defender Octa also provides a heightened level of personalization and customizability for drivers who want to tailor their next SUV to their own needs and preferences.

Conclusion

With its powerful V8 engine, unique exterior design elements and heightened off-road capabilities, the 2025 Land Rover Defender Octa enhances everything that makes the Defender an icon, providing a great option for buyers who want an even more special model than the already distinctive Defender 110.
