The 2019 Range Rover Discovery Sport: Ready For Any Road

The versatile and advanced Discovery Sport is ready to help you access more of Canada with its on- and off-road capabilities, extreme climate handling, and dynamic performance. Four exciting trims comprise the 2019 model line: SE, HSE, HSE Luxury, and Landmark Edition.

The exterior of this midsize SUV highlights smooth, aerodynamic lines that reduce drag resistance and increase efficiency. Each model includes signature features that add function and style, while bringing out the character in each trim.

The SE’s 18” 9-spoke alloy wheels enhance appeal, and the power folding heated door mirrors with approach lights keeps your visual range clear while communicating with other drivers. You’ll have a dramatic presence with the HSE’s xenon headlights with LED signature, and the HSE Luxury’s 19” 9-spoke wheels and noble-plated door handles add style points. The visual presence of the Landmark Edition features numerous exterior upgrades.

Terrain performance in the 2019 Range Rover Discovery Sport

The Range Rover Sport comes with two Ingenium gas engine choices that give it exceptional performance. A turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine propels all trims along with 237 hp and 251 lb-ft of torque. Available in the HSE trims, a boosted version of the same engine delivers 286 hp and 295 lb-ft of hill-climbing torque.

All trims have standard all-wheel drive with an advanced 9-speed automatic transmission that ensures optimum acceleration and more efficient operation. The engine and drivetrain deliver a towing capacity of up to 2,500 kg, which is plenty for a camper, watercraft, or many other recreational vehicles.

A truly balanced cabin in the 2019 Range Rover Discovery Sport

The remarkable interior balances comfort, convenience, and technology. The base SE features a full navigation system, 60/40 second row seats with slide and recline, a 10-speaker enhanced sound system, and dual-zone climate control. The HSE adds second-row climate control, perforated grained leather seats, and more.

The HSE Luxury’s Windsor leather seats, configurable ambient lighting, powered gesture tailgate, and blind spot monitor and reverse traffic detection raise the level of interior quality and safety. The Landmark Edition features a panoramic roof, front and rear parking aids, a dark satin brushed aluminum trim finisher, and more that add up to the ultimate interior.

Discovery Sport Beach Days Pack: What's in It and How Montréal Families Actually Use It This Summer

The Discovery Sport has always been built around the idea that a family SUV should handle every version of a day out — not just the commute.
