2023 Range Rover vs. 2023 Cadillac Escalade: Be Different

Entering the world of luxury vehicles is a dream accessible to anyone who puts in the effort. Once the decision has been made to go for a high-end product, we naturally want to make the best choice, the one that will give us complete satisfaction.

We also want to acquire a model that will stand out and that will show people how much taste and refinement we put into our selection. It's about our image, about what we project.

By opting for a Cadillac Escalade, we send a clear message, but a message that is also a caricature. With a Range Rover, we're far from a caricature. In fact, we're opting for the only true luxury SUV in the industry, a model that's truly capable of doing everything, both on and off the road.

What's more, we're getting something that's irresistible in 2023.

Here are three things that put the 2023 Range Rover far ahead of the 2023 Cadillac Escalade.

SV vs V

It's peculiar, but next year both the Range Rover and the Cadillac Escalade will offer new, even more upscale variants. At Cadillac, it will be interesting with the first V SUV in the family. The power will be there and the extra luxury touches the model will enjoy will position it above all others in the family.

However, the approach is overshadowed by that of Land Rover, which is adding an SV version to its Range Rover for the 2023MY. The latter, which will be available with a short or long wheelbase, will offer customization options like we've never seen before.

Options that will allow you to make your model unique and add inestimable value to it. The following examples will convince you that Cadillac doesn't offer as many options.

The 2023 Range Rover SV offers a different grille and design elements than the other versions in the lineup, even the Autobiography model, which will leave its place as the family's top-of-the-line variation.

At the height of the wheels, 7 designs will be available. The color palette will have 14 additional choices to those available with the other versions. And if you want another color, the company will be able to accommodate you and create what you want from a sample that you submit.

Inside, the selected leathers will be new and you will have the choice between several. Some switches will be made of ceramic while a lot of woodwork will be at your disposal. The interior will offer two themes to match your tastes, Serenity and Intrepid.

With the long wheelbase version, a four-seat configuration will be offered with a folding table and a fridge. Yes, excessiveness, but what a beautiful excessiveness.

Really, it's hard to imagine a luxury SUV offering more options to consumers.

That's why the 2023 Range Rover is a more interesting option than the Escalade, especially if you want a model that will make you stand out from the crowd.

Range Rover Long Wheelbase Seven-Seat: Why Montreal's Executive Families Are Paying Attention

Most seven-seat luxury SUVs ask you to accept a trade-off. The third row gets the space, but it comes at the cost of rear-seat refinement, cargo volume, or the kind of ride quality that makes a long vehicle feel composed rather than cumbersome. The Range Rover Long Wheelbase (LWB) with seven seats was engineered to reject that compromise. It adds 200 mm to the wheelbase over the Standard... Read more
