2023 Range Rover powertrain options at a glance

The 2023 Range Rover is not only one of the most anticipated SUV models of the coming year, it is one of the most impressive luxury SUVs to be unveiled recently.

The Range Rover will be more luxurious, more comfortable, more dynamic and more capable, as well as more efficient and better equipped than ever. It will offer several versions including an ultra-luxury SV model that will offer 1.6 million different customization options. The Range Rover SV will offer a limousine-like atmosphere with captain's chairs in the back with just about every luxury feature available in a modern vehicle.

Just as impressive as the new Range Rover features is the new engine lineup. This is especially true of the new plug-in hybrid powertrain option available next year on the 2023 Range Rover.

New plug-in hybrid engine

The Range Rover 2023 will set the bar high in the segment for electrification. Its new plug-in hybrid engine will provide nearly 100 kilometers of all-electric range through a combination of a six-cylinder engine and a high-capacity battery. In addition to its long range, it will offer 434 horsepower, which should ensure exceptional performance.

The Range Rover will also be offered with a very powerful 4.4-liter turbo V8 engine that develops 523 horsepower. This is enough to propel the new Range Rover to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. Standard is a powerful 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine that produces 395 horsepower.

Discovery Sport Beach Days Pack: What's in It and How Montréal Families Actually Use It This Summer

The Discovery Sport has always been built around the idea that a family SUV should handle every version of a day out — not just the commute.
